what he said. I believe in everything in moderation. if you completley deprive yourself, you may binge. but if you allow yourself a chocolate bar once in awhile, its not going to kill you.

I lost alot in the first 3 months. than nothing. Breastfeeding did nothing for me. although I wasnt watching calories or exercising much,. I waited until she weaned until I seriously got back into exercise and calorie tracking, I needed a regular routine back as thats what worked for me

Search "transerverse" abdominal exercises on you tube. Also other exercies are much better for targetting the core/transverse abs, not crunches! try planks other ab exercises, boat hold, scissors, reverse crunches (make sure you are doing them right. lower back should always stay on the ground.) dead bug, bicycles

IMO, You are definetley not eating enough. try eating more fruits and vegetables too, and more protein try adding a healthy snack of almonds and cottage cheese, some berries etc... go here and use the calculator, trust me, you will be happy you did.…

if your sweating and out of breath, really jumping hard, and this is your form of exercise I say log it. if its just lighthearted fun with kids. dont log it. you will know the intensity of your activity
