You CAN do it. Maybe slower. Not as many reps and midified. Your doing it at your level!! Im definetley taking a few breaks! Im actually SORE now. Holy push ups batman!! Why the hell does he ntbinclude arm/back stretches?!?! Im enjoying the more resistance power workouts. But agree the time is killer ugh.

what type of activity ar you tracking?? I find when running it works fine. no issues!! but when tracking my walking, it constantly "auto pause" auto pause" so annoying.

I guess first things first, why do you want one?? I use mine to get an accurate track of calories burned when doing aerobic activity (running, insanity program etc) and to track my heart rate when doing interval training, knowing when ive recovered and can start again. i personally like the polar brand. Yeah, Tim Hortons uses a button for the cream. Im pretty sure that buttons shoots out alot more than 1TBSP per push. Its crazy. as a canadian personally hate it..it smells weird everytime i get near a timmy ho's

oh hello... I lost 15lbs in the first 4 months. Jan 7 - May 7 averaging about a lb a week. thanks. I measure and weight everything. unless Im out, I try to eyeball best I can. I even ask cafeterias what they use to cook their meats/veggies etc. they can be tricky with there oils butter etc :)
