oh gosh no! Ill still eat my recommended calories! ive been eating pretty low carb lately anyways, (for me anyways) I'll stick to that plan, no sandwiches for lunch or pasta for dinner :)

I do ALL the time. It keeps me accountable, and if i dont pre plan, I rush in the morning/evening and make bad choices. I usually Log 2-3 days in advance most of my meals.

it all depends on your fitness level as well. You could be 130 lbs, but totally unfit and burn more as its a harder work out for you.

when you lean forward, make sure your shoulders arent shrugged. aka: wearing them as earrings, keep your head looking forward. really concentrate on the actual muscle you are working.keep your back straight any way you can work out infront of a mirror? i do that so I can keep an eye on my form

I also eat after working out alot of days. ButI always try to make sure its at least 3 hours before I go to bed.
