  • Connie, we are definately on the same track. That is why I love the end of Stretch 40. I love the back twisty things and the leg over one side. Whenever I do it, all I hear are cracks and loosening of muscles. Oh yeah!
  • When I did P90X....I really really really DISLIKE Yoga X. I did it once and never again...I think I just skipped a workout on those Thursdays. I love love love Stretch X.
