I usually have baked beans, sometimes 5 bean chilli, sometimes vegan tikka masala or vegan coronation "chicken" depending on what ive made recently basically.

I wasnt allowed to go vege while living at home because of protein and calcium hahaha, now my mother who cannot physically eat meat and struggles to get milk down comes to me for nutritional advice hahh

Not saying its not hard advance pilates is a killer but it still isnt cardio so you'll never get a great burn from such work, but its great for toning so its still worth doing.

Its not cardio so your HRM will not be accurate. You basically do just bend and stretch so while yes you're burning calories its nowhere near the calories that you will have seen from other exercises! I am a massive fan of yoga but have done pilates previously.

Im in the UK but $30.00 is ~ £19.00 today so I will work with that, it is usually about what I spend anyway. 1kg = 2.2 lb also btw. I used to like it completely plain but I dont eat any dairy now and I have never found a soya yoghurt that I like.

Im the opposite im on (%) 10 protein, 55 carbs and 35 fat , and that works out at 40g protein per day.

Independant health food stores do quite a lot of fake meats :-)

If you cant manage to do clean all the time perhaps allow a treat once a week? It wont do your body any harm but mentaly it might be great for you to still have treats :D and it could be called damage limitation in case not having them at all causes a binge
