I tried 5:2, and it's just not doable for me. So instead I try for around 15 fasted, 9 feed daily, but if I'm starving I'll do a wider window. I do a bulletproof every morning upon waking to get me through to brunch/lunch. I feel great, I wouldn't say it is for weight loss per se.

I have closed my diary at ~600 calories and it told me I was way under goal and it wasn't healthy, can't remember the exact quote. Could that have been the web page?

I am paleo, so I won't be celebrating at all. Maybe with a green drink with a banana in it! No dairy.

I have the nutribullet. It pulverizes raw veg and retains all the pulp and fibre. I have been using it to make green drinks for breakfast very happily. I get all the goodness of the veg and the fibre which is, well obviously, important ro many reasons.
