I'm new here too. MFP has a lot of great tracking tools, helpful advice on diet and exercise, and inspirational stories. I take advantage of it daily. Good luck!

I've only started this today, but I can already see that planning my meals and snacks ahead of time is the way to go. I also have the mobile app.
