Scale isn't the only indication. You'll be able to see it in your body and your clothing. Might not notice the changes but your clothes might feel different. Eating healthy fats is one way to get your cals up without eating a lot of mass. Avocado, peanut/almond butter, using coconut oil to cook with, etc. From what I've seen, I agree with everyone, you're not eating enough.
