I'm starting week 3 of turbo fire prep! I woke up at 5am to work out and it just is not for me, I was a zombie and half asleep so I figure 7pm is my prime workout time. Best part of the day (after finishing the work out) marking off the workout on the calendar that you finished!

I think because I did a week on the regular schedule, I feel like the prep schedule is going to slow and I was afraid I wasn't going to lose any weight. But I am down 5 lbs since starting last monday, so I'm feeling good. Doing HIIT on the 2nd day of workout off the original schedule, I was like whoa turbofire is no joke!

I am on week 2 of prep, but now I am thinking I should have just went ahead with the regular schedule. Its all good either way, finishing the 9 week prep + the 20 week regular schedule gives me the perfect amount of time to be FIT for my 30th bday!

What kind of HRM did you get? I'm really debating getting one.

Not really sure about the amount of calories each person burns unless you invest in a heart rate monitor. I'm debating getting one. When I log it on MFP I do it under kickboxing and it says turbojam and I just use that.

Anyone else doing Stretch 40 today. I really HATE yoga. I only have ever made it 10 minutes doing P90x yoga x or this stretch 40... But I want to work the program right, so I am going to do it. I did not however wakeup at 5 am to do it! I will do it this evening. How is everyone else doing?

I'm going to start waking up at 5am to do my workouts. I just feel like if I leave it to the evening, things come up and I may not get to a workout. I have to be committed and I feel like if I get my workout over with in the AM, I will be less likely to cheat and more inclined to put good foods in my body.

I have actually gone UP a cup size since weight loss and down band sizes. At my heaviest I was 200lbs/38D, then I was 150/34DD, and now I am 171/36DD.

I'm doing turbofire right now that is mostly cardio, but after I finish the 20w program I am planning on going back to p90x. I started with p90x in 2011 and I get bored easily doing the same workout over and over. I don't have a gym membership and I don't want one/have time for it. Wow 1.5 drive for groceries is crazy! You really have to plan out your meals and make sure you have all the food you need.
