I work from home and have created a schedule. I workout first thing in the morning and plan my meals. I stay busy the majority of the day so it helps keep me out of the kitchen. I notice the days I stray away from my schedule, I start grazing into the kitchen.

Sorry I misread this post, I was not at my goal but on the flip side I only wanted to lost 5-6 lbs. To give you an idea, I am 4'11 and weighed 110 when I started Chalean. After 90 days, I was 103 and lost 8.75 inches.

I reached my goal and went beyond it. I lost weight but alot more INCHES to the point, I would like to put some inches back on. I wasn't eating enough so it was the workout, it was my eating. Just started P90X a week ago and am doing it in combination with Turbo Fire and BBL ;) Just got finished with Chalean Extreme and hoping to see as good of results as I did from CE!

I take fish oil because they say it's good for you. I work out everyday and eat healthy, I have lost some weight but don't really attribute that to the fish oil.

I'm 4'11 and noticed a change when I started losing measurements, not so much lbs. Make sure to take before photos and measurements and take measurements/photos every 30 days. I had a c section in 2010. Mine went away, the abdominal muscles separate during pregnancy. It wasn't until I started working out that it actually tightened up. Slowly ease into working out and watch your carbs. Congratulations!

I went on the pill about 6 months ago and was scared to death of weight gain. I am on Lo Loestrin Fe and have had ZERO weight gain and since eating better and working out dropped 6 lbs.

Running and cardio will help overall lean you out since you can't spot reduce. Ab exercises will build muscle which is good when you are losing the fat so make sure to do your ab workouts so when you lose that layer of fat your muscles will be there nice and tight.
