My clothes are too big! When I buy new clothes that fit, it is not long before they also are to big! My boobs are small :O I get embarrassed of all the compliments :D

I have had my FitBit One for one day, and so far very pleased. It is so fun to watch the statistics on the website :D. I chose One because it is discrete and has a display (unlike Flex). It has already motivated me to walk a lot :) I have successfully syncronized it with MyFitnessPal and Endomondo. Jawbone UP tempted…

For some woman it goes away. Mine won't. I am waiting for an operation to get it removed.

I tougth myself that I do not have to eat a lot to enjoy holidays. I also taught myself that good food taste just as good in small portions as in huge portions.

I started with the diet. And now that I have gotten used to it, and lost some weight, I have started to work out too. I felt that for me, it was necessary to focus on the diet-part first.

Don't hate yourself! Love yourself, and tell yourself you deserve to get better health and let your inner beauty show on the outside like you want it to!

I log what I plan to drink (and correct it afterwards). That makes me more aware of what is less calories in + When I see how much calories it is in alcohol, I do not drink as much, and I do not eat that much snacks and "night food". Calories are calories.

Twice I have been congratulated for my pregnancy, when I was NOT pregnant. Not only embarassing for me, but also embarassing for them, who wanted to be nice to me. Which made it even more embarassing for me :/

I log. The weekends are my worst food temptation days. I could easily go crazy and ruin my whole week, if I close my eyes for what I eat in the weekends.
