I've watched pretty much all videos on Kai Greene on youtube :) He's one of the few men I look up to. And it's not about lifting light weight. It's really more about contracting the muscles against resistance, being it light or heavy.
-
to an extent, yes I agree. To the elite level, no.
-
I couldn't say for sure, but i'd be stupid not to atleast test his theory for atleast a 6 week period and decide for myself, wouldn't you agree?

sorry to tell you this but your life is physically manifested in your body. If you want to change your body, you have to change your lifestyle and mindset. Otherwise you will revert back to your previous body.
-
Actually you can build muscle while in a deficit. It's just very difficult.
-
It's really up to you if you do or not. I like to split my cardio sessions away from resistance training sessions (doing cardio on another day or doing it at another time in the day). But I really cannot tell you what works best for you, because I don't know your body as well as you do. Vince del Monte (WBFF Pro Fitness…

agreed. However the cheat day will give the metabolism a kick, but not to the extent people believe it will e.g. 1 cheat day will double your metabolic capacity. Highly unlikely, chances are it will only increase it by only 10 - 15%. Cheat days will set you back, but if you've been strict during the week, think of it as 1…

Are you referring to Intermittent Fasting? It's not a diet, it's an eating structure. It doesn't have majical powers, it works for some people it doesn't sit well with others. I don't recommend it for women though.

If you're a powerlifter, your core lifts require lock-outs to pass as a lift. for greater myofribillar hypertrophy response from the muscle, do not lock the joins. This will put consistent strain on the muscles. Hence ('time under tension'.

trial and error.

or cut, then bulk, then mini cut.
-
losing weight is the easiest thing in the world. Losing fat while retaining muscle is a different matter however.
-
Have this problem all time when im cutting. People say your not even fat and that you look good enough. I say to them I don't want to look good enough, I want to look the 'best'. Not the best in the world (although that would be nice) but the best version of myself I can be.

it was a joke.. hence the laughing face* I have the utmost respect and appreciation for all female bodybuilders and all bodybuilders in general and the mental barriers they have to break to attain a physique truly god-like.
-
they don't want this to happen  Although Dana Linn Bailey has an amazing physique!!

EDIT: right click, Open image in new tab I don't know how to make the image smaller

Instead of hiding it you could try the extreme opposite. Profess you are bi, own it. If others can't except it, who gives a *kitten*! The worse they can do is kill you.
-
cardio is good for cardiovascular conditioning. Dropping the pounds of fat results from your diet.
-
agreed. preferably the night before or in the morning, prep your 6 - 8 meals in advance. Failing to prepare, is preparing to fail.

-
take it as a refeed day.

Before I start any workout I do a 3 stage stretch routine which consists of dynamic stretches, static stretches, followed by stretching through the movement (exercise).

I can see why people don't like to squat. It's not an easy exercise. But you gotta do what you gotta do!
-
It's not the people that go there, 'planet fitness' IMO is a huge joke, and many in the fitness industry would agree.

   good work though, you have to start somewhere. Just don't dead lift or you will be too intimidating for everyone
