Thanks for all your comments. I am training for my first triathlon, so I think I will be working out twice a few times/week swimming and doing yoga. I'm trying to keep it light at first though.

Challenge it up! I am in this too. I really want to eat well this month! The last 2 weeks I've been following the 80/20 rule.
