That is great, but then why would they be on MFP?

Thank you for posting this, Im getting discouraged by not seeing results in a month and I know I just need to hold on and stay true to myself and my goals and eventually it will happen. Great work! congrats!

I would start with 30DS. Although still an awesome workout, I believe its a bit easier than RI30. All 7 workouts are really great so I dont think you should just skip 30ds. Start there and work your way up. I did 30DS for 3 weeks (one week/work out) but now I am doing RI30 and taking two weeks each workout (4-5 X/wk).

Excellent! I used to run (and be a lot thinner). Now that the weather is warming up I plan to be hitting the pavement more.

Can I ask about how many carbs you wereeating and if you ever slipped up during the three weeks?

Hello all! I'm Mikayla and I just signed up for my first triathlon (sprint) to take place August 19, 2012. I am super pumped to start training! Doing a tri is on the bucket list and what better time to start than now. I've trained for half marathons before and loved working towards the race and pushing myself to get better…

Great job! You prove that perseverance is everything. I always think of the near future (this summer!) being fit and tones, but if I stick through with it, I'll look amazing next summer and won't have to go through the winter trying to "get my body back". Thanks for posting this! Amazing job!

I love this "Challenge accepted" attitude girl!

How inspiring! I cannot believe that's only 5 pounds! WOOOO muscles! You look great. I'm currently doing Ripped in 30 and I'm addicted. There's actually 4 workouts instead of 3. I'm doing every workout 5-6 each week for two weeks, upping weights and not modifying the second week. I hope I have similar results. You look…

I admire you! I did five perfect days and then day 6 and 7 I slipped up. I'm really to go full speed ahead tomorrow again, but I'm really discouaged. I want to do 30 full days. It is really hard for me though!

I agree with trying to add some high intensity interval training to your elliptical routine. I used this a couple years ago on the elliptical with cleaning up my diet a little I lost about 15 pounds. Turn the resistence HIGH and try tabata, kicks your booty but the benefits are incredible. 20 seconds going HARD and 10…

very nice! i just started yesterday, but I'm planning on doing each level for two weeks (5-6X) before moving. It seems like a logical progression. Congrats on your success. I hope I can see similar results in 4 weeks.

Wow! Crongrats! What did you do?

I'm still checking in! Good work Killerqueen! Very inspirational when you put the two pictures next to each other. I have been working out more, but my eating is still lacking. Sometimes I'm good, but I still binge twice a week which results in a "sugar hangover" for a few days. I'll tell you all what. I WILL post a pic at…

Way to go! You are a great inspiration to us all! Keep on trucking! I want to see pics of the next 10 pounds

What's everyone's strategy? Do you workout in the morning? afternoon? at home? at the gym? I am planning on working out in the morning, but it doesn't always happen (any motivational advice on not sleeping in? :)) My Daily Plan for Success: Night before: Set outfit out for next day/ Make sure everything is in my bag/ Peek…

Yeah, I'm in. I've been trying to 30 Day Shred, and made it 2 1/2 weeks, bored as hell of the same thing over and over. At least bodyrocking will be different everyday. I plan to begin my day with a 15-20 min jog with the dog, then do the workout. Hopefully I can also fit in 2-3 nights/week of yoga or swimming.

Thank you for posting this. It is all well said and I think it is all great advice...except for maybe not eating the yolks...you'd get your B12 without a supplement.

5'4" and my goal is 125...but I'm not completely hooked on the weight goal...if I weighed 150 and was ripped with little fat, Id take that.

I've been doing 30DS since last Thursday and I feel great. I do it right when I get up in the morning and its the perfect energy boost. I can even start half asleep and by the end I'm bright-eyed and bushy tailed! I'm moving up to level 2 tomorrow because level one is getting too easy :)!
