  • I have been doing Crossfit for 5+ years and struggled with how to enter the exercise on MFP. Now, I don't enter my exercise at all except in the 'Food Notes' section as I find if I do, I just end up eating those extra calories. I have my macros set at 40c/30f/30p (clean/almost Paleo diet) as right now I am trying to lean…
  • Hello Ladies! How do these days fly by so quickly! I think I last posted on Sunday and here it is Wednesday! Geesh! I have to toot my own horn here a bit. I have been doing Crossfit on a GroupOn for the past couple of months. It is running out tomorrow. I just signed up today for a one year membership of unlimited visits.…
  • Hi Ladies! Happy Sunday! I haven't checked in or read posts for a couple of days so will try and catch up a bit! Got home, made a big batch of healthy chili for the the week, started a fire,…

I spend a lot of time with what I call my D3 (stands for Dojo3, the name of the studio) family, my Zumba group at a wonderful…
  • This sounds delish! Just picked up some cauliflower today. I usually roast it with a little olive oil, sliced garlic and s/p but definitely going to try this. I am trying to stay away from to much cheese but will just use less. Thanks!
  • Thank you everyone! I have bought the HRM yet but have been listing it as 'calisthenic, vigorous' which for 30 minutes came back as 349 calories. Sounded about right or at least close enough for now :)
