^This^ All the men I know (and this is SOMETIMES a cultural difference) love a "thick" woman...Beyonce, J Lo, Kim Kardashian, etc. Round booty, thighs, etc. Boobs are optional. :wink: Also, "thick" girls can still be super athletic...they just have natural curves and will never have n'*kitten* at all/pancake butt. :tongue:

I'm on W10D3 of my Couch to 10K app by Heavy Duty apps. Quaker instant oatmeal (weight control) is my FAVORITE breakfast and it really does fill me up. I usually have a big dinner with protein, carbs, and veggies. I'm actually doing a spiritual fast starting at 12 am Saturday for 3 days with some friends. I'll be doing the fruit diet with a TON of water just to detox and cleanse my body...with the added bonus of losing some weight during that time.

I had the EXACT same issue today and yesterday!!! Had fast food, binged, ate too much, and didn't exercise yesterday. I feel bloated and gross. I wanted to hide my diary but kept it public. Tomorrow is a new day and I also LOVE seeing how little I would lose (or even gain) if I eat crappy every day. no more!!

Hello and welcome! I'm sending you a friend request. My tips are to plan your meals and snacks out so you're not starving and vulnerable to fast food!! Start working out and drink lots of water. Watch your sodium and you CAN do it!! Good luck. :)

I've also struggled with clinical depression for YEARS!! I will admit, seeing the number on the scale go down and feeling proud of myself after a workout has been great. You just need to make sure you're eating enough calories for yourself and for nursing. I know that if you don't eat enough calories and are nursing, your body will be negatively impacted by that. I agree with the previous post by rfaice...I try to stick to 1200 calories a day and work out, but if I'm hungry I will eat more…
