I make banana protein "muffins" only 125 cals each, 8g protein, 1g fat, 21g carbs I eat one before I run (for lunch) and one after lifting at the gym.. The recipe is on my blog.. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/JenaeSmith/view/banana-protein-muffins-399738

I like the Wii myself, just because I can see the overall weight loss ups and downs on there. If you can, try and change your initial starting weight on MFP to see the overall pounds lost. The Wii helps monitor weight changes from water, sodium, and different foods as you can really see the day-to-day changes. Personally…

I drink WAAAAAY too much diet soda!! But that's not causing me to gain weight, or hinder my weight loss... but yes, I'm concerned about the chemicals and how they affect my body.. something I want to work on.. I do suggest switching to diet vs. regular if you have to have some :)

I've always wanted to do that.. but isn't it pretty expensive?

I have the same issues with my "pits" lol!! I have to do some weird movements to get a "patch" that I constantly miss... the things we girls have to go through!!

I don't think I've deleted anyone.. I hope to support others whenever they need me.. I'm sure once in awhile I can get annoying when I get bored at work and start replying to all the posts... I hope no one deletes me cuz of that! lol!!

I'm all routine.... eat a lot of the same foods every day.. but I get a cheat day on the weekends.. those are more interesting (if I have time to log them, that is!) I usually log, but sometimes have to log my whole weekend on Monday :) Feel free to add me

I agree with most of these posts.. If you can't just ignore him, and he's really bothering you, tell the gym management that he's making you uncomfortable..

No it's not. You're just not in the habit of choosing healthy meals. I spend waaaaaaaay less now eating healthy than when I did before. And because I make more healthy choices on a regular basis, I can eat out when family invites me. Eating out should be a treat, not the norm.... This thought has helped me out a lot! :)

running is definitely my minds "de-load" time.. and lifting weights calms me down.. On the non-exercise side.. I really enjoy reading and watching movies.. and a good glass of wine now and again :)

Congrats!!!! A super big NSV!! Great job at showing those associates that it can be done!! (they probably hear those words a lot, and girls haven't been keeping their word, lol!) :drinker:

Cute!! Every dad should do something similar for their daughters! My dad and I used to always go to the movies together, at least once a month. Loved it!! "Lift Heavy! Run Hard!" =D www.facebook.com/jenaesmithfitness

Key words there. A healthy individual, who does not have a pre-existing condition, should not have issues. "Lift heavy! Run Hard!" =D www.facebook.com/jenaesmithfitness

I wouldn't track it. At my day job I do 8hrs of standing.. and my evening job, I'm sweating my *kitten* off at UPS, lifting boxes for 5 hours a night. I don't track either. I put my daily activity as "active". I don't want to cut out too many cals or I won't have the energy to do my jobs! I only track the actual "exercise"…

I just run.. Never been on any program.... I always pushed myself a little more when I needed to in the beginning.. A program might help motivate some in the beginning, so whatever works for the individual. :) "Lift Heavy! Run Hard!" =D www.facebook.com/jenaesmithfitness

Yeah, I could think of a few friends I would have liked to post that directly to their page...

Like I said, it could be a factor.. but for some, you may be able to overcome with a consistent "diet" and exercise. I'd talk to your doc.

Damn, I just realized I'm one of those... I do it because I start my second job of the day earlier on Mon so I only have about 30-45 min in the gym and I can get chest done the quickest... Is that why I can never get a flat bench when it's time to do my presses?! :indifferent: I like seeing the progress of others, and…

Oh ya! Same locker for me too! I get a little bummed when I see someone elses lock on my locker.. Like, how did they not know?! lmao!! "Lift Heavy! Run Hard!" =D www.facebook.com/jenaesmithfitness

Are you sure? I just thought of a few more as I went to the break room.. I use the same stall in the bathroom. I put my creamer in first, before my coffee.
