Yep! It's usually to help make you more efficient! (See article) but when you think about it, do they seem a little silly? "Lift Heavy! Run Hard!" =D www.facebook.com/jenaesmithfitness

I was on Depo from age 16-25. While I believe it increased appetite.. I still lost all the weight I put on with it before switching up BC (now on implant). It could be a factor, but with consistent diet and exercise, I don't believe you have a problem, just an "excuse". "Lift Heavy! Run Hard!" =D…

I never know how to keep a conversation going, I'm bad at asking questions.. so if I'm around someone who sucks at it too.. *Crickets!* I've gotten much better at being a bit more outgoing around others in the last few years but still is awkward! Especially when people may not realize how shy I can actually be! Probably…

If I'm hungry, I eat. Depending on what I've eaten throughout the day will determine what I eat later. Right before bed I find popcorn nice as it's low cals (though high in sodium if you have to watch that) and it takes me a min to eat. I usually plan my last meal for 8pm (I work til 10pm) usually in bed by 11pm. I wake up…

I've been training unilaterally for a few weeks and doing more reps with my left side.. Have already noticed some improvements on equality. Unilaterally can be either done with just more reps or more weight or a drop set on the weaker side... "Lift Heavy! Run Hard!" =D www.facebook.com/jenaesmithfitness

I believe there is no "right" time, but as long as you do it the same time every day. I personally do it right when I wake up to see how my water retention is doing, because remember the scale doesn't tell you how fit/fat you are.

I love my abs! It was the last/hardest place to lose.. so once I achieved that, I could focus on other parts much easier! "Lift Heavy! Run Hard!" =D www.facebook.com/jenaesmithfitness

I'm not a morning person either.. My motivation is just not there yet. You really don't need to workout in the morning if you can workout at a different time. I workout between the hours 3:30-4:30 M-F ... Sometime late morning 10-12ish on Saturdays.. and 6pm-8pm on Sundays.. I just do it when I can. But if it's a goal you…

Yep! Agreed!! My BF said the perfect thing when I was a little "down" on my lost boobs.. he said "Hey, when you were a little heavier you had boobs, but now you have a smoking body.... win, win for me!" LMAO! So either way, we have something we like about ourselves, and something we wish we could change.. who's perfect…

Can I just move in with you? :-)

That may be true, but the point is that, yes, a certain time may give you a little "boost" but you don't need to miss out on a workout because you can't do it at that time. I know people who have missed an entire day's worth of exercise just because it wasn't done at "optimal" time... and that's not good. Especially for…

This is similar to how I feel... Crazy how being more fit does all that. I feel like I can accomplish more, and I have the energy to do so. I won't be stuck spinning my wheels my whole life. It's a snowball affect. Feel a little better, do a little more, which makes you feel even better, which starts to show to others,…

I'm with ya! Feel free to check out my diary.. I tend to eat very similiar things throughout a week so feel free to jump around week to week. I run 4-5x/wk for 20-25min and I lift 5-6x/wk for 45-60min. "Lift Heavy! Run Hard!" =D www.facebook.com/jenaesmithfitness ("Like" to get Motivated!!)

Eggs would only affect you in that way if you have pre-existing bad cholesterol. If you are a healthy individual, you should have no problem with a few more yolks. (For example I eat 3 whole eggs every morning and on occasion 2-3 more in the afternoon). I <3 Eggs too! :) "Lift Heavy! Run Hard!" =D…

I eat 1800-2200 cals.. (netting 1500-1700)... I have no idea how people can eat less, as I'm always hungry!! :) "Lift Heavy! Run Hard!" =D www.facebook.com/jenaesmithfitness ("LIKE" to get motivated!!)
