Hi, I'm Marian. My stats are below: Ht: 5'7 CW: 226lbs GW: I'm thinking 175 then 160 final I read the thread on calculating the calories to eat. I've changed my ratios to 30/40/30 (Protein/Carbs/Fat) in my diary. I'm a little confused as to which calorie amount to use. I calculated by TDEE less 15% and got around 2190…

I'm black, however I wear my hair it its natural state 100% of the time. Before I cut it I would do big twists prior to going to the gym. Wrap it up at night, and then I would undo the twists in the morning and style as usual. Hopefully, other ladies can chime in! :)

I went up a 1.5lbs, I think it was due to sodium. I did continue to lose inches. This week I'm going to try to shoot for 6 times! I think going between levels 1&2 will keep me interested.

This falls right in line with my C25K training. I plan on doing more than a few 5Ks and hopefully some 10Ks. This will be great! :-)

I'm new! (as of 12/20/10), and I've been a pescetarian (only meat I eat is fish) since August 1, 2010. I NEED to get of the dairy and eggs, and I'm working towards that. Most of my meals are vegan, and hopefully in 2011 I can make the transition into veganism :D
