Yes you must weigh everything because you might have more than you think you have in that other 10%. And unless that's a typo, that's a lot of calories to burn daily through exercise 5-6 days a week. You should take a couple days off every week and let your body recover because that's a lot of stress to put it through...

I drink Diet Mountain Dew and Coke Zero almost daily and I still lose weight and make gains in the gym...Aspartame doesn't scare me, nothing does. and did you know? 100% of people who drink water at any time will die. Think about THAT.

I'm 6'0" 205lb male and I'm doing a very slow cut at 2500 calories. I'm not in any hurry so I won't be decreasing it unless I know for sure that I'm not losing. I cycle my calories and carbs depending on the day. More carbs for more calories on lifting days, less carbs and less calories on off/cardio days.

Liposuction? Hell no....Body recomposition is the process in which you set your calorie intake in such a way to build muscle and burn fat somewhat simultaneously. It's a very long and slow process, and different than the conventional cut and bulk cycles that the majority of people use.
