Everyone on mfp told me to log it as circuit training. I only eat back my exercise calories if I am hungry and I usually don't eat them all back. I am only on day 9. I haven't weighed in yet but I have lost a few inches already and can s. ee little changes in my body already.

I finished day 4 yesterday but my calves are killing me....I can still feel them morning this am. The question is- push through or rest? Is everyone taking a rest day once a week or doing the 30 days straight.

I am new to this...but it has me set at 1200 calories...which I am doing, plus exercise. Should I eat more if I am exercising? Is the 1200 with no exercise?
