Yeah, I do 1200, but that is post workout. If I didn't work out, it usually is between 1500 and 1600.

I love taking nice long walks right around sunset in the country when it is snowing. It is so pretty and quiet. I love hearing the sound of snow falling, if u listen close :)

I did just look it up, and it says that if a scale sits in a colder temperature for a long time, it will be incredibly inaccurate. I used my scale at work, and it probably gets 40-50 degrees in here at night. Panic mode ending....

I usually do a 50/50 split, especially in the beginning of my weight loss journey. I do 30 minutes of interval training on the treadmill and/or elliptical and then 30 minutes of weight training. I also prefer to be a bit more muscular, it's more of a natural look for me, so this is why I try to incorporate weight training…
