Thanks everyone! I'm aiming for 1800 calories a day but some days I get so hungry so I'll eat a little more. I'm going for 1.5 lbs lost a week at most so I guess if I'm losing more then that I should increase my calories a little

Everyone here is right. I need to calm down and just get back on track. Tomorrow will be a good day. I work all day and then have class all night, but I'll make sure i'll get in a workout while on my lunch break. Things will be better tomorrow. Maybe I just needed a break from the emotional aspect of losing weight.…

Thanks for all of the info! 10-13 dollars a month isn't bad. I think I'm going to save up for this and buy one when I can. I have a slower metabolism due to my hypothyroidism so getting an idea of how many calories I burn a day would be really useful. I've read I may be burning 200-400 calories less a day then the average…

Wow, awesome results! I've been contemplating starting the P90X. I'm mostly hesitant because I'm not sure if I'll have the time right now, but I definitely do want to become more muscular... very motivating and inspirational!

I'm around 5'3.5 I'm pretty sure my recommended weight is between 114-144. My goal is 155 though.
