One thing I also learned from my Dietician, is that Ham will cause you to retain water weight. If you drink a lot of water and maybe work out a little it should drop stuff off in two to three days.:happy:

I started by adding those flavor packs to water. Once I got used to that, drinking just water alone was a lot easier.

I agree with the pill thing!! I had bad Sciatica in my lower back. I started attending a yoga class at our local YMCA and within a week it was under control. Two weeks it was gone! Was also a great way to lose some weight!:smile:
