I'm on my 4th week and loving it! Definitely seen a difference in my body, bum is smaller and waist is more defined. It's a great programme...I use the app, so simple.

Wow surprised at how many flippant remarks this post has received when so many people have probably lost their lives?? I don't think we'll ever know what happened (as in we'll never be told) unfortunately us civilians are just pawns in this game called life... ETA for grammar mistakes.

Week 3 of Stronglifts 5x5 and squatting 63%...annoyingly I need to buy more weights and a bigger bar now to progress! hopefully will buy these things this weekend as I'm still squatting quite happily at this weight.

Just realised I included the broccoli in the ingredients list but not the nutritional info (or my claim to the meal being 3 ingredients!) the broccoli will add approx 51 cals, 10 carbs, 1 fat and 4 protein dependent on quantity you use (I used 150g per person)

I made these today and planning on having 2 of them tomorrow with some Nutella spread on for breakfast. I put the ingredients into the recipe builder and mine actually came out at 87 calories each not 58 like the link says, I did use 2 bananas which might explain it. Be warned they're not your normal fluffy buttery muffins…

I've set up a weight room at home and love it...best thing I ever did. I bought a bench first but then found I needed a squat rack so added that. I think that's really enough, I'm doing the Stronglifts 5x5 programme and these two pieces of equipment cover me for all the moves. Good luck and enjoy!!

I'm doing Stronglifts 5x5, I started two weeks ago and love it! I was lucky that a friend gave me some weights and a barbell but I've already outgrown those so having to fork out for an Olympic set. It's work the investment though as I've really enjoyed it so far, my clothes fit better already and I love feeling I'm…

Are you doing the couch to 5k programme? If not you should give it a go...it breaks the run up in to more manageable chunks that get progressively longer. I'm doing it and finding it really easy to progress. Also I started Stronglifts 2 weeks ago and my legs have gotten a lot stronger and this has made running much easier…

In for any pics as I am bottom heavy too.

Thank you for the video leadfoot_lewi! I was worried about not returning them to the floor in case that was worse for my back so good to see it's not a bad thing. Glad so many other people seem to feel my frustrations with this move!! I was worried I was just being pathetic :) thank you everyone, really glad I asked the…

Well I went ahead and still made protein pancakes this morning. I used this recipe I found on here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/991227-ultimate-protein-pancakes-omg They were sooooo good!!! I only have banana whey protein but it still tasted good and I added blueberries instead of strawberries. My pan is really…

Oh no I'm planning on making protein pancakes tomorrow morning!! :( what was wrong with them? I'm going to try protein powder in my porridge (oatmeal) this week...hopefully it will be nice. You can also add the powder to smoothies.

Just wanted to jump in and say I would hope if I was ever in the position where I needed CPR that there would be someone as badass as you about! You saved someone's life?? Seriously...do whatever you want to do to celebrate that, eat a cupcake, have a beer, eat a burger and don't worry about the calories because you are an…

I love your face pictures at the end...your smile just got bigger and bigger with each one! Well done you. I'm training to do my first 5k at the moment so love hearing of people who went from zero running to being able to complete the race :)

It's supposed to be a bit of silliness...it's not meant to be taken seriously. I loved it, hilarious!

Today I tried a rice cake with 2 tsp of cashew nut butter spread on it and 20g of raisins dotted on top...was delish and less than 150 calories!

Oh and I buy bags of Youngs frozen white fish fillets, they're often on offer in sainsburys, and each fillet is only 95 calories! So versatile and at those calories you can even eat two! We make fish tacos, Spanish fish stew, Italian braised fish, fish tikka.... Yum
