  • This morning was really hard, I fried two eggs in butter, and I really didn't want it, but I was hungry. I think I am going to eat the crepes for dinner, but bake them in my muffin top pan, and see how that goes.

  • I made this for dinner Friday night and it was amazing! I have a pressure cooker, so it took less than an hour start to finish. Low Carb Chili. I will definitely make it again. Last night I made these. I really don't like pork chops, but these were amazing! Mustard Pork Chops & Cabbage Both were really easy recipes.
  • No, I don't feed LC, but I did make sure Chicken is the first ingredient, if that means anything. The dogs get Nurto Toy breed and my cat gets indoor science diet, which he is really not crazy about.
  • I donated mine, just because I wanted them gone, but I usually shop at Goodwill, so it wasn't a huge heartbreak. The down side is that I am up two (gasp) sizes fro my low last year, so I only have one pair of jeans that fit. It's a good motivator though.

  • I only tally plain water, just because I don't drink enough. I drink a lot of hot tea and coffee, so I use the tally number to encourage me to drink just plain water.
