Have you done any circuit training? Perhaps have a crack at Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred or Ripped in 30, hoping a bit of toning might help you (and even if it didn't, at least you'll be stronger :-) )

Burning between 600 and 1000 somedays for a while there and eating almost all of it back in treats (ice coffee, donuts, savoury pastries), I lost 10 kilos doing that :-D (still in a deficit so what I ate didn't seem to make a huge difference).

Not being able to wear skirts because my legs were chafing. I too have a pair of boots which won't zip up but I'm not sure losing weight will fix that, dang calf muscles *shakes fist*

Suspect low carb inevitably leads to low cal (as in you would feel full on protein and fat before you have really consumed too much). Personally still eating carbs, in moderation, or if it's convenient. A small calorie deficit brought on by exercise has been serving me well.

I have my settings on sedentary, but when I do work, it involves some walking around like that (and definitely being on my feet). Count me in, Turboed through the end of last year, ended up hovering around week 6/7 for a bit and then stopped exercising for a bit, back into it now though yeah. Turbo will boost your fitness levels right up :-D

I have a strong sense of self, I grew up in a country town, I was different to the other kids (dunno how, just was), I was teased from grade 5 to grade 10 (finally kids started to grow out of it).
