There are rodents as well but they are much loved pets haha. I'm thinking bugs cos there are mounds of tiny brown spheres, like what weevils leave behind in the pantry when they're gone. Thanks for the suggestions peeps :-)

When I'm being kept from sleep for one reason or another, and I get hungry, I eat, not good for reducing bodyfat if I consume more than I need but hell, it's stressful time, I'm already being deprived for sleep, be damned if I'm going to be hungry too.

Started today tooooo. Lost my exercising mojo over Winter and my fitness and strength and need to take baby steps again. Shred was my gateway into fitness this time last year so here I am, hoping to get back on and stay on the exercise wagon this time.

They can't all be like that, I lost weight and my boy is Less interested in me now (although he is fond of dress ups, on me, changing things up...) Totally agree get healthy for you and stay with your boy only if he lifts you up, not if he gets you down.

5'1 and eat at least 1770, crank the intense cardio and strength training on and off. Think you can be short and eat more if you do more so you should still eat back exercise cals.

Use it to get from point A to B, then you have the added incentive of commuting to keep you committed to your exercise. Very underated form of cardio.
