hehe, that's what I thought, but then I thought "I'm always reading into things too much".

Adelaide here. No where near West Croydon by any chance?

I go 1 banana, 1 cup of milk or water, half a cup of mixed berries and handful of salad greens, pretty tasty if you get the ratios right.
-
This would be amazing :-)

bumpy bump I've been making smoothies with banana (half to a whole depending on how calorie generous you can be), half a cup of mixed berries, cup of water or milk (milk is tastier), spoonful of yogurt (optional) and handful of salad greens. Get the ratios right and it's heaven in your mouth.

How much is your loss set to lose per week? (And how tall, what weight now, etc etc). You could be over-eating, or you could be under-eating (prompting the body to hold onto everything)...Just to get back onto the healthy eating track, I'd try changing the goal to maintenance for a few weeks. Just see where that takes you.…

OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG I can't wait to be able to buy non-sentient meat from a petri dish (as an on again off again vegetarian who eats meat very sparingly and usually opts for free range). In the mean time QUOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRN om nom nom nom nom nom nom nom nom

Up until this point in time, I haven't used soap on my face, it dries it out and makes it feel horrible....(there are a few pimples but they can stay eh heh, not hurting anyone). Any recommendations of what to look for in eye creams and moisturizers? I'll look into those products you mentioned 55topretty, cheers.

Go for protein and fats to keep you full for longer (veg for bulk too). Also, consider changing your settings to half a pound loss a week (worked better for me). Then, do some exercise and eat back your exercise cals :-)

You aren't obliged to take it back or offer a refund. I'd take it back and sell again mwoahahaha

1200 is awful low, What are your maintenance calories?
-
Fast feet is eviiiiiiiil. I do them in another workout but they are presented as part of a routine and they don't burn as much. A ok with running man - bounce, bounce, bounce bounce :-D

My nutritionist told me to eat less dairy, choose low fat, and artificial sweetener and keep up my half hour runs daily (true I might have lost but they were too hard to sustain). She was no help at all! Half a year later I found mfp, counted calories and lost weight without resorting to artificial sweeteners or low fat…

Ah FitLink, I Hear ya (about the hard work bit).

Like Jillian says, if you need to take a break, stop for 5 seconds. I take breaks :-) Of course, I try and take note of where those breaks are happening and be sure to push harder the next time.

I'm in.

Sweeet, look forward to trying all of these, cheeeeers :-D (And that's handy to know about the benefits of freezing banana :-) )

May we see your diary? Sounds like you maybe could be eating more. Don't forget the mfp calculates a deficit for you based on what you have said you want to lose per week. It's important to meet your goal (including eating back exercise cals).
-
Miiiiiiiiiiillllllllllllllllllllk :-D and olive oil. And cheese, avocado, nuts, eggs.
-
Ha ha, the milk isn't intentional, it's my 'cookies'. Who knows, it might have played a significant role, you'll just have to experiment.
-
My 2 cents, eat more :-) Half a pound is a good goal but you have calories to spare every day (for a person in a healthy weight range) so really, you're in a more severe deficit than you think. Keep the cookies, add some protein. Just looking at Monday. I'd say try having eggs for breakfast one day and turn your lunches…

I spent 16 happy healthy years growing up vegetarian (then I got a taste for the flesh). Point is, 16 years, happy and healthy, lucky omnivorous us, we can eat it but we don't Have to.
