I just started taking PiYo live classes and I absolutely love them. First time I've ever enjoyed going to a class. I just ordered the DVD's from Beachbody so I can do them at home too. This is the first type of exercise routine I REALLY look forward to. Stretches you out like yoga but is a huge strength builder too!

Great job! I have been taking classes, but just ordered the DVD's to do at home too. Can't wait to start on a more regular basis. Did you follow the food plan too or just do the workouts?

I took my first class last week and loved it. I will probably buy the dvd's eventually, cause I can't afford to take the classes as many times as I'd like to do the workout. $5/class will get expensive. But I like the environment, so I'll probably do both.

Curious on what all your thoughts were on the Piyo program... a friend teaches a class a couple times a week, and I'm going to try it for the first time on Wednesday. How should I log the exercise? Love to hear input! Thanks!

I know you said you can't heat up your food, but they now make mini crock pots for lunches. Might be worth looking into to see if it could work for you!

Great job everyone! This post is inspiring! I just started working out again and have been thinking of doing weight lifting. Is this something I can do at home? I'd like some suggestions on where to start at home... and maybe eventually I can get the gym membership. Thanks!

I eat somewhat Paleo... but for me it's a lifestyle choice, not going for a diet. So I'm making the transition slowly and over the course of the year. I eat a lot of fruit, veggies and meat. Completed last night! It still kicked my butt a little, but that may have been because I did 25 mins of tredmill prior to that. I will say that I am slightly less sore today though. :smile:

I pack my lunches during the week, and the food groups are pretty consistent so I log them as soon as I get a break in the morning.
