Daily Posts Tuesday 11/12 Track ✅ Calories ✅ under Exercise ✅ did 30 min jog 1.5 min on 1 min walk and weight lifting. 😁 Wednesday 11/13 Track ✅ Calories over Exercise ✅ not much, just a quick 20 minute walk but at least I wasn’t on the couch!!
