I agree with mommydie it is the inches that matter not the pounds! I have not been losing weight despite doing crossfit for the last 7 weeks. I am getting measured at the end of this month! :D

I looked these up. That is really interesting and I would be interested in trying them. I already like veggie dogs way way more than normal hotdogs. And carrot dogs would be cheaper

I love love love CrossFit. I agree that it makes me work 100 times harder than if I was by myself. I also like having a community of helpful and encouraging people to surround myself with.

I love to make open Spicy California rolls. Everyone is different and needs a different amount of stretching. Right now I do not stretch much at all but I don't seem to need it. My crossfit trainer doesn't support static stretching before working out because your mussels are like a spring. If it is cold and ridged and you pull on it then it loses it's shape. But once you are warmed up from your workout then you can stretch yourself out to help with flexibility. Not sure if that made sense lol.

Im not sure about how that works with the logging but my nutritionist suggested that I do not eat back the calories I burned off but to think of them as a boost to my weight loss. But also I am in the obese category so not sure if that changes for people closer to their goal.

Some tips I have for feeling fuller! (Im on a 1800 cal diet but normally finish my day around 1400-1600) -Don't eat while distracted. Take time to focus on your meal. I don't eat any of my activity calories because my nutritionist told me not to. She said to think of exercise as a boost to my weight loss. In fact I dont log my exercise anywhere other than putting a gold star on my calendar for working out that day.
