My nutritionist told me that sometimes we do it because under it all we are scared of change even if it is good. And learning to accept the new image km the mirror can be hard

I'm so happy my uni gym has a great crossfit program. I am overweight and am not fit yet at all so they scale everything for me and others so it is a good workout for us but we won't over do it. Like instead of 100 pull ups, I would be doing 50 ring rows. I hate that so many crossfit gyms out there are dangerous and don't…

Kind of, I really hate it when I am in my CrossFit classes and people wont move for the class. They just act like we are not there and keep using the equipment. Luckly I have some bad *kitten* coaches and tell them to move. Shouldn't there be a 'no eating' policy in gyms anyways?

Thanks!

Well I am not sure what kind you are looking for but I do like banana, yogurt, peanut butter, strawberry, flax seed, almond, and spinach for breakfast sometimes.

Good luck I hope it works better for you then it did my mother. My mom got is and now she just throws up all the time if she eats one bite to much. At one point she became malnourished and after all that she gained it all back. so now she is obese and pukes all the time.

I agree with @lizzy622 but also I think having supportive and active friends here on MFP has been huge for me. I come back everyday to read statuses and see everyone's progress.

Hey we are in the same boat almost to a T. I have been at it for about a month (with some slip ups for sure) and my school starts next monday. I am a senior at UNR and I am also worried about staying on track. Grades are HUGE to me but so is my attendance in CrossFit so it will be a challenge. Feel free to add me if you…

That is a little vague.Where are you hurting? Are you sore or in sharp pain? I would say to try aquatic exercises since they are less strain on joins if that is your problem.

Dont doubt it! I was a weak noodle arm girl and my weight hasn't moved but in a couple of weeks I got way way stronger and was only lifting 3 hours a week. So I feel it was fat burning and muscle biilding to keep me in the same spot. With not a ton of fat left to burn you likely were just building muscle. But thats just a…

Add me if you are very active because I am. Also please have an open diary are comment and like regularly. :]

@JordanGirl5 I agree with highlyfavored6 I think a good first steps for you would be this.... Week 1 - Track your food; I mean every bite!! Dont sneak a cookie and not count it. For the first day of this eat like you normally are. It will help you see just how many calories you are eating in a typical day. The rest of the…

Well it depends on what you put your initial weight as. I started a year ago and I was at 209 but now I am starting back up and I am at 217 untill I lose 9 pounds it wont say anything and when it does it will only say I lost 1 pound. That might be your problem

Normally I would just say to wait it out but it has already been 10 days. At this point it could be something very serious. I would not waste time here on the forums but get to a doctor a.s.a.p. your back is nothing to mess with. I am the only one in my family without an injured back, slip disk, popped disk, you name it we…

Here is a link to the subreddit. Not for the easily offended. https://www.reddit.com/r/fatlogic/

Fat logic is like the stupid things you tell yourself that keep you fat. examples... "Well I worked out so I can have a burger" "I have a slow metabolism so I can't lose weight" "I was never meant to be skinny" "Exercise and eating right is too hard!" "Im super stressed so I am just going to eat some pizza" "Just because I…
