Wow wow WOW!!! Thank you so much for posting this. Super motivating! You should be incredibly proud of your accomplishments! Way to GO!!

Thank you!

Congratulations!! I hope you don't mind me asking you a couple of questions - have you always been a runner? I'm so impressed by all of your half-marathons! I'm just beginning to run (walking fast, really - someday I'll get there) and every person who gets out there and runs is my hero! My goal is to do 14 5Ks this year.…

I am in such awe. Great inspiration for all of us who are struggling. You are amazing! :D

I eventually warmed up to 6. Started 7 today and it wasn't that bad. It was hard as hell, but still fun. I am really liking these workouts.

Thank you debraran1. I just started week 7 and she has a lot of jumping. I marched in place as fast as I could to keep my heart rate up. There's no way my knee would survive the rock star jumps. No way. :)

Thank you all for the advice. I make sure I keep moving and I keep my heart rate up, but I felt I was, as Jillian says, "phoning it in." So glad to be reassured that I'm not. I'll see if I can get an appointment with a PT so they can help me strengthen my knees. Great suggestion! Thanks!!

I've been doing this for almost 7 weeks and I am LOVING it! I hope you enjoy it as much as I have! :D Good luck!

I'm in week two of 5 & 6. I have only lost 3 pounds, but I can tell my pants are a lot looser and I feel a lot stronger. Phase 2 is kicking my butt, and that's good!

I started Phase 2 on Monday and I'm loving it, but my knees are killing me! I'm thinking of getting myself a brace for one of them as it hurts pretty badly. Workout 5 was fun - kicked my butt. Workout six was HARD (still kicked my butt), but wasn't as fun for me as workout 5. Cardio 2 killed me, but I did it. I even got an…

Stick with it! Think of how strong you are becoming. Think of how much better you probably feel! I'm in week 5 and like you, no changes. It's frustrating! But, I'm feeling better, sleeping through the night and not as crabby as I was before I started this program. I was hoping that by now I'd be down about 10 pounds and…

First of all, I love, love, love that bikini. What an adorable suit!! And yes, I would absolutely say you should wear it on your vacation! Second - CONGRATULATIONS on your weight loss! Way to go!

I love it when I work out and I'm giggling with Jillian and her crew. Even though she is kicking my *kitten*, I just LOVE her.

WOW! You look great! I'm going to say you have an awesome figure! :D
-
WOW! Well done! Though I have to say, you were beautiful before too. You are very photogenic and look great!!
-
And you are awesome!!!! Way to go!!!!

RedRita - you've got a great point there. Thanks for the kick in the patootie! :D

Thanks so much, Heather. I think I will do that. I am loving this even though it's so hard for me. I'm already seeing results! 3.5 pounds gone. Yay!!! Have a great day!

Hi Heather, I think I'm right "behind" you. I started on July 15th and I'm in week 2 as well. I love it too! Question for you - I am not mastering some of her moves yet (planks and push ups to be specific) and I'm wondering if I should do one more week of weeks 1 and 2 before moving to weeks 3 and 4. Do you think that…

Hi everyone! I'm Shelly and I started JMBR on July 15th. I am loving it. In 2011 I was diagnosed with a crummy autoimmune disease and put on prednisone. I gained 50 pounds in a matter of months!! I'm doing much better and I'm off of the steroids now, but trying to lose this weight. So thankful for JMBR! Question for all of…

I'm shy and embarrassed of how I look, so I chose my awesome dog who never judges. (Not implying that anyone here judges, but I have very few pictures of myself). You're right though, it's much easier to make connections with people when you know what they look like. Maybe I'll gather up the courage to take a picture…

Congratulations! You look wonderful!
