  • Day 1 and 2 done! Yeah I am not sure if I really would be considered intermediate for push ups though. I had to pause a few times to make it through lol
  • @scolaris That is great. I usually get put off when equipment comes into play because I don't have much other than a 30lb band and 5lb weights, but eventually want to get more. I'm glad you can utilize this on your vacation. @robertw486 Utilize this program as much as possible. If you have restrictions, you already know…
  • First good response I have read while reading this thread.
  • Day 6 complete. Feel pretty good, arms are sore too, butt is alright. Not as bad as the first couple days.
  • So, at day 3 I was sore. So thank god for the day of rest. Coming back to it was not hard. I completed the 70 today, all in one set ;-) Also, I incorporated my arms, so I'm feeling both legs and arms.
  • So Day 2....I am feeling it from yesterday. I keep anticipating the fact that I have to do 5 more than yesterday, and 5 more tomorrow, but I feel good. My butt has definitely needed some work, and this is literally whooping it into shape. I am sore, which sucks because I go to school, and it feels like the campus is made…
  • I am in. This is a perfect motivator since I plan to start running :-)
  • Count me in! Got to work on my gluteus maximus ;-)
  • I've been a vegetarian for about 3 weeks. I was vegan for 2 weeks right before going back to dairy. I also am in need of some delicious recipes. I am going back vegan beginning tomorrow. If you live in the inland empire, there is a great vegan spot called the Loving Hut. They have delicious cuisine.
