hello and welcome. reading your post it was like i was writing it.. i craved sweets after every meal.. because i ate junk.. i have noticed when I eat the right foods and drink more water then pop i don't crave the sweets not even chocolate.. so just get started and let the rest fall.. u will be amazed..

do you drink alot of caffenine... that creates a false hunger... not saying to cut it out all the way but drink more water of decaf...

oh i so relate to u today... i eat all the right things... drink the water ... but I never fill full... i miss that aaaaaaawwwwww now i am full feeling... instead i watch the clock so i can eat again.. :(

there is no getting back on track guys!!! this is a change of life forever u have to learn how to eat right no matter where u go or what you do... they have salads, fish dinners... have fruit and cereal for breakfast.. take some special K bars to snack on.. and u r all set... that way you can have a drink or two and still…

I could not of said it better... the calorie counter is the best it actually shows you how much you are eating... so when you look at something to eat you find yourself checking the calories of it first... ex. mini milky way bar 190 calories... mmmmmmmm nah not worth it would rather wait and eat a good supper : ) Can't…
