me and my little sis have been experimenting with spaghetti squash.(noodles lol) bake it like the previous post said. then get some laughing cow spreadable cheese wedges. whatever flavor you want...melt it and you can even stretch it with some lite or fat free sour cream. mix it with some of the "noodles" OMG it's like…

that's the thing...I do Turbo Jam and supposedly you burn like 450 to 700 calories! I can't picture me eating all those calories and still loosing weight!

if i go over my protein is that bad? i only have 2 remaining for protein, but like 700 calories left for today. I still haven't had dinner yet.

hello everyone! My baby is 6mo now and I'm still hanging on to extra weight. I read and try different things but I can't seem to get it right. Not sure what to do....any advice would be appreciated.
