I really just want my stomach pudge to go away. It makes me insecure when I'm in a bathing suit because I don't have a "flat or toned" stomach. I've on level two of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred (haven't missed a day) but I'm losing hope and don't see results. I'm also trying out TurboFire but I'd like to give the gym a try.

I agree. I'm sure this isn't true for all models, but I'm sure that VS Models put in a lot of hard work and exercise to get their bodies the way they do. Even before the photoshop, they look amazing :)

Exactly. VS models, compared to other runway models, aren't anorexic or deadly looking. They have to train to get their bodies and eat a really healthy diet. I'd like results like that with training and healthy eating. Basically; I'm trying to find a workout and eating plan that will help me get a figure like Miranda Kerr…
