Hi, I have the same problem. I haven't bought any books either but from what I've found the best thing to do it keep all binge foods out of the house and only buy snacks in individual packets. Also try to find something else to do when you get emotional like exercise, writing in a diary, calling a friend, painting, etc.…

Usually on the weekends when Im out with friends. I try to bring my kunch and eat at home during the week.

I always weigh in in the mornings but I weigh in about once a week at QWLC after work. That weight is always higher because i have clothes on and have eaten every meal except dinner already. But even though its higher than my morning weight it is still steadily going down.

You can do it! Try lower carb and more protein/veggies. Thats what im doing and I want to lose 20 pounds by June 21 just because its the official first day of summer and my cue for bikini season. I think its good to have goals because it keeps you motivated and even if you don't reach your goal you're still better off. I…
