Bahahahahaha... Back to the topic... The nutritionist I see told me that any non-caffinated fluid counts towards water consumption. It goes against what my mother always told me, but I've decided to trust the woman with a phd in nutrition.

YES! assuming it was a low or non fat variety, greek yogurt is GREAT for you! High in protein and relatively low in sugar it's one of my go-to super foods.

I just started drinking protein shakes in prep for WLS and my teeth feel disgusting! I've tried several different brands and they all have a similar effect. I have found it somewhat helpful to brush my teeth immediately after drinking, but I still don't feel like they're as clean as they were before I started this diet.…
