i really think depends on who you are and how your body handles being sick. i know if i am sick or getting sick working out hard tends to run down my body more, and as a result i end up in bed. but if i go easier like walking vs. running then i have a chance at fending it off. im 5'10 and 165, my top weight was about 175. i'm a size 7/8 canada. ive found oblique help a bit with the love handles, or exercises that get more than one muscle group going (rowing, lunges with curls)
