Dealing with stress is mine, especially since I can barely get to the gym anymore because of my schedule. Staying motivated is key for me. Just gotta keep moving sometimes.

I only use Gore Tex when hiking or walking through snow ... otherwise just regular running shoes with a Wigwam sock. The Saucony trail runners I have (which is basically just a regular running shoe) work well for me on all surfaces, but b/c of the mesh I have to make sure I keep moving b/c the minute you stop you feel the…

I've been looking to add some new friends/motivators as well. Feel free to add me if you like.

When I started out, I weighed a little less than you and it had me at 2180 (I think). Since losing some weight, I've lowered it to 1800. I can't remember if that's higher or lower from what MFP suggested, but it's a goal and it seems to be working so far.

Add me if you like. Good job on the loss so far! In return for friendship, you can teach me to surf one day...

Whenever I weigh myself, I allow a +/- 5lbs margin of error because of weight fluctuations and scale differences. I know it's stressful when you're trying to lose weight, but just record it and keep on track.
