Losing The Man Boobs
I've been losing weight, but really want and need to lose my man boobs. They're huge and will put some women's boobs to shame! I've been trying, but can't do some exercises because of a lingering elbow injury. Basically, push-ups are out and I can only press very light weights. Suggestions anyone?

Common Cold + Exercise
I currently have a cold. However, I don't want it to stop my exercise routine because I'm supposed to weigh in on Thursday and have a road trip and bowling tournament this weekend. Will sitting in the sauna at the gym help me sweat out the cold, or is that just a fairytale? Any advice?
