  • Thanks, but I'll go without it. It causes migraines, blackouts, I get extremely shaky anytime I drink anything with aspertame. Idk if im allergic to it or what, but anytime I consume it, its bad news for me.

Our house was built in the 50s and doesn't have it..Texas summers are awful, but its like having my own personal sauna :tongue: Have you tried closing vents in the rooms you're not in? We did that in out old apt, and it seemed to help keep the occupied rooms cooler.

  • Ahh yes, Metal Gear Solid. I played the first one and loved it..the second one was alright, the rest just kinda went downhill from there. The first was hands down my favorite..I wish I still had it, I'm pretty sure its in a box in storage somewhere.

  • Spiders, snakes, creepers...I also have this fear that ill be crossing a street and an invisible car will be passing at the same time and ill get hit and die. I know, I know, I sound crazy and it's VERY irrational..but anytime I cross a street I do that weird jog/run then back to my regular pace once I'm across.
  • I agree..do whatever works for you. I work till around 10 everynight (closer to midnights on the weekends), and don't actually get to sleep until around 2am. If I followed the "no food after 7 or 9" rule, that'd be like not eating anything else after lunch. Just adjust yourcalories according to your day.
  • I felt the same way the first two days..the third day is much easier, then the recovery isn't so bad. Be prepared tho..Shaun T has a completely different definition of the word "recovery" :tongue: But I I've yet to do the Pure Cardio, so we'll see if ill be retracting my statement later lol
  • Does anyone do Insanity before work? I usually try to, but working as a cashier and being on my feet 8 hrs a day is a real killer! I also find I usually need an hour or so after the workout to recuperate lol.

  • Try putting a dollar in a jar anytime you work out, the more you workout the more you'll save. Then when you reach a goal, go buy yourself something! That's what I'm doing, I'm saving for a new tattoo :)
