Yeah good advice, the clothes are fitting so much better now and it feels like I have developed good habits that will stick. Your right I do not need to focus on scale alone. I probably need to do my research on a workout that can change things up to keep it fresh.

Thank you so much lost 16 now but starting to plateau.

Try to eat as many fresh foods as I can but due to my schedule I enjoy the various Lean Cuisine's most if not all are 350 calories or less.
