I've been using 3lbs, 5lbs, and 8lbs depending on the moves. The 8lbs I use for things like dead lifts and biceps. If you're going to do workouts 1 & 2 for longer than 2 weeks I think it's a good idea to up the weights. Awesome, I just started a couple weeks ago and have gone out a few times. I've stuck to lower calorie items and much like you was suprised that I felt satisfied. I'm starting to realize that the pleasure of eating out is not just about the food, but also about the relaxation and company.

I found day 1 of the kickstart meal plan ok, as it says you can I mixed and matched. So I had poached egg breakfast, chef salad lunch, yogurt snack, and fish dinner.
