This is how I feel too! Definitely stubborn here. Born with a heart problem. Grew up being told all the things I shouldn't do. Now I have come to the conclusion that I need to decide what is right for me. I am running slowly. But building up good cardiovascular health while doing so. Stubborn I am.

I so agree with you, pacing myself is hard, and I definitely think I start out running too fast and get winded quicker. I am at the point where I can take my first mile nonstop, then I ended walking for a wee bit before running again.

My first goal is to run the 2.35 mile circuit without stopping. The hills kill me. I can run longer on my treadmill, but I want to hit that distance outdoors. I think in my mind I will consider myself a runner when I conplete my first 5k. Right now, I am enjoying endomondo and beating my time every time I run. Great loss…

I do not have an iphone. My phone is basically the same size as an iphone and fits in a soft arm band made for an iphone. I just picked one up kast night at walmart for $9 in the sporting goods section with the exercise stuff. I just ran with it and it was really comfortable.

I am not at all critizising your choice to do liquid cleanses. And I will set my feelings on them aside for now. I am just curious how sugar free puddings and popsicles, which are loaded with chemicals, fit into a cleanse?? I thought the point of a cleanse was to detoxify your body, not put more chemicals into it.....

Sorry, I meant fat does not have nutrients or proteins to sustain life. Was typing fast, due to my annoyance with the person that decided to say to burn off more calories than you consume. That is such dangerous advice to give anyone. I was angered and typed an aboslutely incomplete thought.

This is absolutely wrong. You will lose fat by eating under your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE). Research bmr and tdee before doling out bad advice.
