This is exactly what I was going to say. There is NO way you are 50% body fat based on your picture. You should go to fat2fitradio.com measure yourself, and check out their body fat calulators. The military one is good for men. Check out the other ones tho. They are pretty accurate for me.

Sounds delicious! Not sure we have cheese packets here. But, I must say the part of this conversation I got caught up on is that you don't have an oven? I cannot even imagine life without an oven. You have completely blown my mind.

For model standards?? You just stated what is wrong with this world. By model standards is why so many women have eating disorders in the first place. We are all given unreal expectations of what we should look like by the media, then people like you back it up by saying a woman like Kate Upton could be more fit when she…

How horribly cruel. Just know that karma will come back and bite him eventually. It always does.

That is a great nsv!! Look how much more fit you have become! Congrats.

Jenny I have been doing jillian michaels 30 day shred. Its only 20 minutes long. She has one girl doing beginner exercises. Follow her. I did when I started. I am on round 2 and am now following the harder workout. I am amazed at how much more I can do now. I won't lie, its a hard workout. But if you stick with it, you…

All low heart rate is classified as bradycardia, even if you are fit. It means low heart rate. Its not the word that is theconcern, but the cause of it you need to be concerned with. But if you are concerned see a doctor. Otherwise, if you are just going to tell people they are wrong (when they aren't) why ask if you know…

If you are fit, then no it is not dangerous at all. It means you are in great heart health. Most athletes have low resting heart rates. If you are not in good shape, this is called bradycardia and can mean your heart is not able to pump enough blood thru your body for oxygenation. So it really depends on your fitness…

I ran outdoors for the first time today. I have a treadmill but hit the pavement today. I had been scared to run in public. It is so different outdoors. I am not running too far yet, so it was c25k combo, but I averaged 4.41 mph which is a faster average than on my treadmill. The only disadvantage to running…

This particular walmart was built in a particular area outside of Syracuse, nice and close to two of the worst "sides" of Syracuse. My husband knows not to start anything at this walmart, because violence of some sort may happen. We prefer not to worry about getting shot or stabbed. Altho, I must say, the first…

See I always have problems with other customers at Walmart. I once had a lady see something IN my cart that she must have thought looked good, so she TOOK IT OUT of my cart. I was pushing the cart at the time. I stated loudly, "Don't worry ma'am I will go back to aisle 5 and get myself another!" Another time, I was with my…

I lost 10 pounds, and 6 inches off my waist and hips when I did the 30 day shred the first time. I am currently on my second shred, altho I am doing my own adaptation of it, combining it with some of her other workouts. I am half way thru. Only down a couple pounds so far, but without measuring, I am down inches, as I…

Hi. I have read Just the Rules by Tosca Reno and a couple of her other books, plus have one of her cookbooks. Just the Rules is a great way to start off. Really like her recipes too.

So looking this up, as my posterior chain could use some work!

Must try this.

I have given up planting my *kitten* on the couch to watch tv. I workout in front of the tv instead and go outside with the kids. Or take them to the Y swimming. I have given up lots of processed foods. And Starbucks frappuccinos. And I drink less alcohol. Otherwise, if I want something, I just fit it in my calories for…

I use salsa, like pineapple or mango salsa. Delish on salad!

Do not ever be embarrassed of where you started! The important part is that you DID start on a weightloss journey and have seen amazing results thus far in your journey! Congratulations and best of luck on the rest of your journey. I have a feeling you don't need the luck part of it though!
-
Don't give up! I personally have not done insanity. I did do the 30ds. After my first day, I thought I would die. But I kept at it. And finished it. If something is too hard, modify it, then work up to it. You can do it!

Judge much? So the one day a week I eat like this, I get up at 4:30 am, get ready for work, go to work where I am on my feet all day,get home at 4:15. Then have to get my girls ready and out the door by 4:40 at the latest to drive 35 minutes to soccer. There til 6:30, 35 minutes back home. Now my baby is ready for bed at…

Congratulations on breaking your plateau. Just curious, by definition how are dairy products like milk, and fruit, not clean? Specifically fruit. How is that not completely clean, healthy food? Edited because of typos, and that bothers me.:embarassed:

I have three. Have had them 15-16 years. They all honor special people that I have lost. I will soon get two, one to represent each of my daughters. I work in management, and as they are all in places that clothes cover, its not a problem. I don't believe I would ever get a face, neck, hand tatt tho.
-
I will say, I have one day a week that due to work/kid sports, I don't have time to cook. I do eat a kashi frozen meal those days. They are not full of preservatives and much lower in sodium. And they actually taste good and are filling.
-
While they are low calorie, they are full of chemical fillers, and super high in sodium. I wouldn't recommend eating them often.
-
I eat when I am bored, sad, happy, tired. The worst for me is when riding or driving a car. I feel like I have to eat in a car. I am trying to retrain my brain to look at food as simply fuel, not as a reward or comfort. And just thinking about it, makes me need to eat.
-
I find kashi go lean is filling because its high in protein. I also find steel cut oatmeal is really filling. More filling than regular oatmeal.
