  • I just got back into CrossFit about a month ago and am completely loving it. Feel free to add me!
  • I think MFP friends are very beneficial! I like to use my MFP closer to how I use any other social media platform. Gotta keep logging in, scrolling through your news feed, and post a status!! I've gotten into some interesting conversations with people just by replying to one of their posts!
  • I've been sticking to it more because I have found like minded people to share recipes and strength progress with! I also joined a group personal training class at my gym and so I am slowing growing into my gym community. Other than the social aspects, I love how eating well and exercising has made me feel! I feel…
  • Practice? I have been swimming less than 2 months and have already improved just with repetition. Started at 400 meters and now doing over a kilometer!
  • Not super into candy or soda. We sneak in cocktails
  • Haha! I understand. I like avocados with a lot of things but sometimes they are just meh. What about guacamole?? It's actually a very refreshing dish! But if you just can get past it then I wouldn't worry too much about it!
  • Hey I'm down for some Fitbit friends too!! My best friend had one and we did challenges all the time. Then she got cooler than me and switched to the Apple Watch. Now I'm all alone in Fitbit world! So I'll definitely add you!
  • I love new friends!! Maybe I can find someone from Sacramento that wants to be my running buddy!
  • I can never get my zoodles right either! I started getting bags of broccoli slaw ( I find them at most grocery stores), lightly spray the pan with Pam (or cooking spray), add salt, pepper, and whatever seasoning you like, and cook until they are geeen and tender! It's so similar to zoodles just way less frustration! :)

  • I lift! I am surprised it's a rare sight because I have a bunch of bada** female lifters in my gym. It's not even a specialized gym. I don't usually track my strength training but feel free to add or message!
  • Progress pictures! It's a double edge sword. On one hand, you see how far you've come a it's a proud and uplifting feeling. On the other, you see how much work you have left to fully achieve your goals! B)
  • Had this struggle today. I just looked at the last progress picture I took and remembered "yeah girl. Eat your greens, you don't need that nasty highly processed catered food" turns out I was right and I didn't need it because my own lunch was incredibly satisfying and left me feeling proud for making the right choice.…
  • I have a hard time sticking with food logging... But I know it helps me achieve the best results! Anybody out there that wants to help support eachother don't be shy to add or even message! I love sharing workouts or recipes!
  • I'm always looking to broaden my MFP support/social circle! :)
  • I'll support you!!:)
