I actually saw that and now I can't remember what show it was but it is the reason I stopped eating turkey bacon because Turkey bacon has more sodium than regular bacon. It also made start looking at labels more. OO what was the dang show

I'm struggling with Sugar and sodium as well. Its hard to keep that in the back of your head on top of the calories. It's a never ending battle. Keep it up and we'll all get through this one day at time

I watch my portions and log almost everyday but even if I don't log I know my calories for the day. I am usually under by 3-700 anyhow. I think my issues are 1. Sodium 2. Sugar 3. For really bad knees always do the modifier if there isn't never bend as low as the people in the video only go half way. If there is jumping don't do it just do it standing straight and never have your knees over your toes. I think that's everything. Oh nope if it hurts STOP IMMEDIATELY!!!!

I have been having this problem lately myself. Now that I am semi stress free and working out more I see myself going to bed at 1 or 2 in the morning. It's quite annoying because now I am waking up later.

Everyone is different but for me I didn't see results for about a month then things became stressful and I hit a plateau for a little bit but I still kept moving and although the scale is discouraging you still know that you are improving.
